6. Content and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and generate documentation from your API specifications. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

Generated documentation is stored in our database and accessible via your account and any public share links you create. You can delete your projects at any time from your dashboard.

7. Data Security and Privacy

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data — including encryption in transit, secure password storage, per-account data isolation, and verified payment callbacks. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows or infrastructure updates may temporarily interrupt the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Docgrit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
